Flying High

Our High Flyers classes allow the gymnasts to achieve higher levels of performance across a wider variety of equipment and activities – tumbling, acrobatics, vaulting, trampettes and trampolines.

This group is geared towards ‘flying high’, learning back flicks, handsprings, somersaults and many other aerial skills. Our expert team of coaches have the knowledge and ability to help each gymnast reach their highest potential.

The main work in this group involves the preparation and formulation of routines for internal competition. Highlights in the calendar each year will include two High Flyers competitions in the different age groups.

These classes take place within our Main Gym.

Top Flyers

The Top Flyers group is now the top of our Recreational Gymnastics pyramid.

Entry to this group is by invitation, with gymnasts selected from across all our High Flyers classes.

The group gives recreational gymnasts the opportunity to have more time on equipment in the Main Gym, with the chance to work on bars, beam, parallel bars, and rings etc.

This group meets for 2 hours, twice a week.

Getting Competitive

In addition to our full range of Recreational Gymnastics classes, we also have a complete programme of Competitive Gymnastics for both male and female gymnasts, competing at County through to International level.
